Description of the purpose of processing:
We will use your personal data to ensure the functionalities of the portal, including your registration, login and verification of the ownership of the car. If you arrange an appointment at the premises of the member of distribution network, we will pass your personal data to the member of distribution network you selected.
Legal basis of the processing:
We are authorised to process your personal data based on the consent granted by you. If you did not give your consent to us, we will not process your personal data for this reason.

Identification data, contact data, descriptive data, communication, interaction and profiles derived based on these data, technical data on the product and network identifiers.

Member of distribution network. Upon request, your personal data can be provided to public authorities, in particular to courts, the Police of the Czech Republic and other law enforcement agencies to the necessary extent and within the boundaries of law.

In connection with the exercise of your rights, ŠKODA AUTO may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs for the processing when requests from a data subject are apparently unfounded or excessive.
